- Construct Punnett Squares to accompany the crosses shown in Figure 10.4.2.
- Draw reciprocal crosses that would show that the turkey E-gene is on the Z-chromosome.

It provides a discussion about the rate of disappearance of the Y-chromosome in the human genome.
